Do I need a Gas Safe registered engineer for gas work?
Yes. By law, anyone who works on gas appliances or pipework in your home must be on the Gas Safe Register. Ask to see their Gas Safe ID card, and check the back to make sure they’re qualified for the type of work you need.
How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year is the usual recommendation from boiler manufacturers, and many boiler warranties need a yearly service to stay valid. Regular servicing helps catch problems early and keeps the boiler running safely and efficiently.
What should I do if my boiler stops working?
