How we work

Survey: we look at the property, the existing pipework and what you want to achieve.
Clear quote and plan: what’s included, the order of works and how long water will be off.
First fix: new pipework installed and pressure tested before anything is covered up.
Second fix: everything connected, tested and finished neatly.
Handover: we show you where the stopcock and isolation valves are and how everything works.

Any gas pipework that’s part of the job is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

How long does a full replumb take?

It depends on the size of the property and how much access there is under floors and in walls. You’ll get a timeline with your quote.

Can I stay in the house while it’s done?

Usually, yes. We plan the work to keep the time without water as short as possible and tell you in advance when it’ll be off.

Can you work alongside my builder?

Yes. We can fit around your builder, electrician and kitchen or bathroom fitter, so first and second fix happen at the right stages.
