What a repair involves

1. Tell us about it. The boiler make and model, any fault code and a photo help us understand the problem before we arrive.
2. Diagnosis. We find the actual cause rather than guessing, and explain it to you in plain English.
3. Your go-ahead. We talk you through the repair and the likely cost before any work goes ahead.
4. The repair. Faulty parts are replaced or repaired. If a part needs ordering, we’ll tell you and agree when we’ll return.
5. Safety checks. Before we leave, the boiler is tested to make sure it’s working safely.

Repair or replace?

A repair is often the right answer. But if your boiler keeps breaking down, parts are no longer available or repairs keep adding up, replacing it can make more sense. We’ll give you an honest view either way, and the decision is always yours.
